Shane Lowney - Skilled at Mechanical Engineering

Shane Lowney has always been comfortable working on machinery and technology throughout his life. He excelled in auto shop and mechanics in high school in his native Tampa, Florida and went off to the Florida Technical Institute in Melbourne, Florida to earn his BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also met his wife Christine there as well. Today, Lowney lives in Tampa, Florida, his home town, where he works full-time at a factory, tuning up heavy machinery and fixing it if breaks down. Lowney also works for several independent clients in the area, designing machinery for small businesses and farmers and helping them with any maintenance issues as needed. Lowney also managed to earn his pilot’s license while attending FTI in Melbourne, and today he files his very own Cessna 182 aircraft above Tampa Bay.
